It was kinda of a belated celebration for our 1 yr anniversary since we didn't get to actually celebrate and enjoy ourselves during the actual day. Had such a relaxed time bbqing, watching dvds, swimming, cycling and just lazing around in the chalet with you. Pictures tells a thousand words. Acting stupid in front of the mirror:).

I had my first official mahjong session at jing ying's house yesterday :) There were 4 of us: me, jingying, jun xiang and kenny. Two of us being noob and and two being pro. We played continously for around 7 hours from 2pm to 9pm. hahahz. We are hardcore gambler :). And in the end, the noobs turned out to be the winner. I am the big winner, winning 10 bucks from our 10 cent, 20 cent match. Meet up with my darlings at haji lane :).

Saturday, November 17, 2007. A day of break. Been many weekends since I went out. Today went for Bee movie and dinner at Sakae. Sakae got new menu:. All red plates at $4.99 (which I suppose will be good news for Ming Hui's Hana Maki! But the normal coloured plates increase in price to $1.99 (original was $1.90). Temaki got new flavour. ( I tried the "salmon and mango" and "mango and avacado"). I find the new flavours nice. And to top it off! With 10% off for DBS/POSB card holders! Like ppl want to see.

Sunday, January 20, 2008. Dear brought me to Fishermen's Wharf for lunch. The place had a nice ambience and is located at a shophouse oppoite central. The restaurant serves lots of fish of course and also seafood. I like the way the food is served in a basket haha. I must say it is not cheap unless you go for the cheapest set lunch going for S$9.60 each. Each set comes with a drink, fish with either chips or fries, tartar sauce, and a salad. I prefer the chips cos i like soggy fries. It is a good try.
