Monday, December 10, 2012. The last couple of years we have made a gingerbread house. This year Aidan was really into it, and was really excited about it. It took us a couple nights to do it because we had to let it set up before decorating. Aidan was a wonderful helper and it turned out really good! My big big boy! Getting the roof in place. All done for night 1. Just have to let it dry overnight and then we can make it pretty! And for the record, the snowman turned out great! Dada did a fantastic job!

Tuesday, January 10, 2012. The weekend after New Year's, we went to the mountains to have "Christmas" with Andy's mom and dad and to celebrate his mom's birthday. Aidan always enjoys going up there, so he was excited! Aidan helped me make a birthday cake before going up, so he was happy to have a birthday party for granny. We ate cake and took her out to eat at a Japanese place. Aidan loves going to places like that so he can have soup and eat his food with chopsticks! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Monday, December 3, 2012. This year we have started doing cousins get-togethers, and have had a lot of fun. Aidan loves it! He is really getting know his older cousins and loves spending time with them. It is a lot of fun reconnecting with everyone again. In early December we got together at our house to do sugar cookie decorating. We all have competitive spirits and it does make it a bit more interesting, so we had a contest for best tasting cookie and best looking cookie. Funny, they were pillsbury!

Friday, December 9, 2011. On August 21, Caleb turned 4. We thought his birthday the perfect occasion to take him to the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. We had so much fun and were joined by Pops and Granny! Big bro giving courage (yes, it's real, but is behind thick glass! His favorite part . you guessed it.the sharks.
