The Thornton Family 5: July 2008
http://thethorntonfamily5.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
The Thornton Family 5. Tuesday, July 29, 2008. So much news today! I got a call late this afternoon that we had our 1800a application approved! This is such a big hurdle for us. So now we get a document called a 797 (which I believe is the 'new' 171h). New pic of Aimee. The family has taken many more pictures of A...

The Thornton Family 5. Saturday, February 21, 2009. Posted by Gayle and Tony. Welcome Home Gayle and family! I can't wait to meet Aimee. We would have loved to have come to the airport, but Jack had an 8am basketball game this morning. See you soon! Sooooo thankful you all are home safe! It sounds like a big ole party is going on and we are so sorry we couldn't be at the airport last night. A 15 yr old on Friday night has plans and can't drive.you will know about that soon enough! Get used to it ;).

The Thornton Family 5: Almost an American
http://thethorntonfamily5.blogspot.com/2009/02/almost-american.html
The Thornton Family 5. Thursday, February 19, 2009. This afternoon we went to the U.S. consulate for a brief ceremony where we and a dozen or so other American families raised our right hands and swore that we were completely truthful on all the various forms. It lasts about 15 seconds and normally is preceded by a brief talk that is light on pomp and circumstance. Posted by Gayle and Tony. Let me be the first (maybe) to welcome Miss Aimee Thornton to the citizenry of the USA! Visitors to this blog.

Add this to your site. Knock knock.Who's There? Friday, October 31, 2008. Rather than going door to door looking for treats, the church sponsored a " trunk or treating" event. The local market let them use their parking lot and everybody that was participating decorated the trunk of their car and then stood beside their trunk as the kids went from car to car! The people giving out the candy were so into the spirit of things and a great time was had by all. Links to this post. Wednesday, October 29, 2008.

Franco......Party of Five: Our Daisy Scout..Tori
http://francopartyoffive.blogspot.com/2009/02/our-daisy-scouttori.html
Add this to your site. Knock knock.Who's There? Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Our Daisy Scout.Tori. Today Victoria became an official Daisy Girl Scout. Of course I got all choked up when she took her pledge! She was so proud to recieve her Daisy vest. Bella is home with Strept throat so she missed the ceremony. We took plenty of pictures so her brother and sister at home could see her become a scout! Luckily it is too late to sell Girl Scout cookies.I am happy about that! February 25, 2009 at 10:05 PM.
