Located up in the mountains of Northern Luzon, Baguio is every Filipino's favorite Summer get-away location. The Mile Hi moniker comes from the fact that it's over 5000 feet high. So they have pine trees and and cool breezes and waterfalls and everything you'd expect in the mountains back home. Here in the Philippines! Everyone urged us to take a sweater or jacket so we wouldn't get cold. Good thing too!
