Welcome to the Royal Hotel, Bedourie. The Township of Bedourie is situated in the Southwest corner of Queensland, 180km north of Birdsville. Established in 1886, the hotel has been continuously licensed ever since. The current owner Jim Smith has owned the hotel since 1971. The Hotel was built in the 1800's of adobe bricks and is still operating with little change in appearance except replacing the thatched roof with iron.
