Yeah yeah yeah – another 4 pounds! 10 pounds in two weeks thanks to “clean eating” and no sugar or alcohol – boo hoo! I definitely feel healthier and that feels great. My Battle With Sugar, Food and Binges. Week 3 Done and Successful! July 2, 2012 · Filed under Uncategorized. Yes – I lost 5 pounds! A total of 15 pounds in 3 weeks. I am so excited and I feel so great. Week 4 will be challenging as I will be on vacation for 4 nights- 2 with girlfriends and 2 with family – I hope I can control myself.
