Søndag 14. juli 2013. Nå har vi vært på 10-dagers ferie i strålende sommervær! Det har blitt lite med trening, bare to skikkelige fjellturer ble det. Men jeg har vært aktiv, mange trilleturer og et par sykkelturer har det blitt. Kostholdet er en utfordring på ferie, og jeg har nok ligget en del over det ideelle kaloriinntaket.
