The main drive behind this brief was my love for gin and a genuine interest in it's history. I think that this paper cutis really interesting - what I find particularly interesting is the way that it is put back into 2D. I like the use of a realistic texture behind the paper cuts. ５大シャトーの中で最も早飲みタイプのワイン、というと誤解を招くかもしれませんが、逆に言い換えればいつ飲んでも美味しいとも言えるタイプのワインと言えます。対極にあるのが、シャトー･ラトゥールでしょうか。　ラトゥールはポイヤックのカベルネ特有の頑固さと硬さを持ち、じっくりと時間をかけ熟成させて初めてそのポテンシャルを発揮し人々を魅了するタイプのワインです。　１０年くらいの年月を経たラトゥールを飲んでも、じっと殻にこもり頑なにその本性を見せようとしない頑固なものに出会うことも少なくありません。天候の関係で早飲みタイプとなってしまった１９７３年を例に取ると、どのシャトーも歴史に残る大作を出したとはいえませんが、さすがは１級シャトーと言えるものも中にはあります。実は５年ほど前にシャトーマルゴーの１９７３を飲んだことがありましたが、もちろんパワフルなワインではないものの、その繊細な味わいの線上にうっすらと１級シャトーの資質のようなものを感じられこれがマルゴーなんだと納得させられた記憶があります。
