Rocky Mountain High: June 2009
http://katie-rockymountainhigh.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 27, 2009. Part of my goal this summer is to be prepared for the school year with meals that are easy to prepare. I spent far too many days eating out this last year and need to get back on healthy family meals. I was talking to my sister Sara about this and bulking up my 3 month food storage. She asked me to share recipes and ideas on my blog. 1 large can chicken, 2 poached chicken breasts or 2 cups of shredded chicken from a roasted chicken ( I like Costco's the best.). Everyone will love...

Rocky Mountain High: July 2008
http://katie-rockymountainhigh.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, July 26, 2008. Do you have time? One of the first things we do when Dane gets back home is hit all of the local bike shops to look at all the bling. Colorado Springs has some pretty amazing bicycle shops here. Dane is always glad to get back home to them and the bad thing is they all know us around here. Well, you should have seen Dane's eyes pop out of his head. You never ask him if he has time to ride because of course he does! Here he is with the bike as proof he got to ride it. 5 I don't ha...

Rocky Mountain High: Just a quick update
http://katie-rockymountainhigh.blogspot.com/2009/06/just-quick-update.html
Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Just a quick update. Summer is officially here! I finally finished with a week long summer institute at school last week (minus students) so now I can begin to enjoy the reward of being a teacher: summer vacation! Here is a quick update of our family. Bjorn officially finished elementary school. He will be attending middle school next year as a sixth grader. He seems to think that this is really exciting. Anders finished kindergarten. How sad it is to see him grow up so quickly!

Rocky Mountain High: Project 365
http://katie-rockymountainhigh.blogspot.com/2009/01/project-365.html
Sunday, January 11, 2009. One of my many 2009 Resolutions includes updating my blog every Sunday. We have morning church now, so there is no excuse not to spend 15 minutes each week doing this. So I am one of the lucky one's who was able to get my hands on one. Here is our life this last week. Make a Smilebox slideshow. Monday: It is a snowy day outside and quite cold. We are ready to go back to school and Anders decides it is necessary to wear his ski goggles to school. Wednesday: This is our commute to...

Well, I'm tired and need to get some other work done but thought I'd post a quick update! Until I blog again (which will be soon). Do you like Anthropologie. Can you find a way to spend $300. You might be a redneck if. You were at the Saddledome. We went and saw Jeff Foxworthy. Larry the Cable Guy. It was quite entertaining, we saw Jeff Foxworthy last. Summer. or maybe it was 2 summers ago. anywho, he was good, but I really enjoyed all three. Of them, especially at the end when they all were on stage and feeding. Off of each other. It was fun to be out on a date with Nick. We used to go on dates ALL THE TIME. but since I got pregnant and have been super. And I liked it. I really love.
