He ran the organization, mainly by himself, for the next 8 years. In 1991, Jim incorporated and became the first President of Cambridge Basketball. OBA Player Transfer Policy. Philosophy and Playing Time. Online registration for the 2016-17 basketball season will open August 1st, 2016. Cambridge Basketball runs travel teams for players from Grade 3 through 12. Teams are NOT co-ed. Most teams are single-grade teams. Occasionally, due to lack of players or coaches, teams may straddle 2 grades. Elementary School Travel Program (Boys and Girls grade 3 through 8). Boys and Girls grade 3 through 8 (born 2003-2008). Runs from September to March/April.
