History of parent to parent. Was originally founded in 1982 by a small group of Winchester School staff to facilitate networking among parents of adolescents. The organization has evolved to now offer programs that support parents of children of all ages and stages. We became a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization in 1997. Our board has grown to 20 members representing a cross section of Winchester parents with children of all ages. Our Speakers and Panels.
