May 23, 2012. Oatmeal Fudge Crumble Bars. 2 1/2 cups flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 2 cups brown sugar. 2 cups chocolate chips. 1 can (15 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk. 2 Tbsp. butter. 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla. 1 Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour a 9×13 pan. 2 In a large bowl sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
