Established in 1992, the PRC is a 501 (C) 3 non-profit organization created to provide community based recovery opportunities for the citizens of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation , and other surrounding communities. PRC is a licensed III.1 Low Intensity Residential (Adult) program. We are funded through a state contract for services, a tribal resolution and free will.
