Is the butcher shop of a truly remarkable BC ranching family, whose respect for the land and for their animals is truly moving and very, very admirable. The beef, pork and poultry they produce is very delicious and very wholesome. My current CSA farm box is from Close to Home Organics. Some of my favorite dairy and beef is from Gort’s Gouda Cheese Farm. And Wayward Distillation House. Are among my faves.
