at work... - Winterlion's Pride
http://winterlion.livejournal.com/460939.html
Zombie attack a classic. I have a special dislike for working Remembrance Day. I worked yesterday all day I'm working today. No overtime or anything either . But it's a day sacred to the fallen. It's a day sacred to those who went to Odhinn and Freija. I don't pay half the attention to holidays that I want to - but this hurts. So rather than continue being upset (for perfectly good reasons I'll state) - I'll instead link to some interesting posts:. Clue to cosmic rays discovered. And more lunacy in Archa...

MEME) this is how every (person) should be treated. MEME) this is how every (person) should be treated. Awesome post (will repost). And I'm keeping his modifications because he's right! Actually, I'd say this is how EVERYONE should treat those they love and care for, and gender be dammed. To every guy that's said, "Sex CAN wait". To every guy that's said, "You're beautiful.". To every guy that was never too busy to drive across town to see her. To every guy that said he would die for her. To every guy th...

Character Building - The Time of Angels: legos
http://legos.livejournal.com/248416.html
Character Building - The Time of Angels. So I ended up with one of the Character Building brand Doctor Who Lego-Compatible sets. (and some of their minifigs to boot.). Character Building's "Time of Angels" set. It didn't come with the minifigs of The Doctor or Amy Pond, so I added those in. The plastic is Lego-quality, which is a MAJOR plus, and the pieces are well made and fit together well. Close up of the set. Yeah, I know, there's a lot of shots of the back of The Doctor's head. Post a new comment.

The other shoe dropped. - Micole Khemarrica. 04:36 pm April 30th, 2014. The other shoe dropped. I have to get another surgery. The worst option, if the bone is too porous, is a plate with a lag bolt ( yay, more metal. Meanwhile, a few days after the surgery, Ill be having guests visiting, which on one side is a bummer, on the other a blessing. Back from the convention; Pictures from Brickfair 2011. This year, like the previous couple, Erin and I went for a four day immersion into the deep geek world of adult Lego enthusiasts, or AFOLs: Adult Fans of Lego. Not the the young ones weren't there in numbers, but the primary drive is adults. We will start off with what I consider a clever idea. The Lego convention, rendered in Lego. Also on the subject of ship, this Lego ship in a bottle won the prize for Most Inspired. I agree with this. One subjec...
