Sep 21, 2014. ARRP 2014: Rogue Effect v0.4 Released. People seem to have forgotten this years Annual Roguelike Release Party. It should be this weekend as its been six months from the 7DRL Challenge (or so Ive been told). Maybe someone shouldve put up a page for it on Roguebasin. Maybe that someone shouldve been me. Mar 10, 2015. 7DRL Day 2: No Pawn Intended. Yesterday wasnt too a productive day for the 7DRL. I ran into many issues that severely hampered my progress. I think Visual Studios compiler may be partly to blame. I think it doesnt tolerate my shenanigans as much as the one in Dev-C does. Mar 17, 2013. No luck this year. The reason for failure was definitely my indecisiveness. I just couldnt settle on the game mechanics; how much I should borrow from. Or should I stay in-universe and try to stay faithful to the source material as much as possible. Mar 10, 2013. 7DRL Announcement: Rogue Effect. Rings of Valor is an arena deathmatch roguelite, inspired by World of Warcraft, Dungeons and Dragons ,. And Bloodline Champions. You play with two AI-controlled team members against fully AI-controlled teams, the obvious goal being to defeat the opposing team before your own team is defeated or the timer runs out. Drakefire Chasm is a seven day roguelike made in the 7DRL Challenge of 2012. You play as a freshly born wyrmling, trying to survive and prosper in the old home of dragons. Eat lesser beings, hoard riches, defeat your foes, and finally become a Great Wyrm, the most terrifying and noblest of creatures.
