I have spent many years with much inner turmoil, self-loathing (and being in denial about them) but am happy to say that for a good six months now, I have found a state of peace that is profound and real. I am not in the middle of a life crisis, have not lost my husband (did that a while ago), I just realize how important writing is to me.
