BEACHCOMBER: BEACH SCENES
http://pkabowatsurfpines.blogspot.com/2010/01/beach-scenes.html
Monday, January 25, 2010. Sanderlings. I read that they spend the summer in the arctic and winter along the Pacific Coast. More sanderlings. It's fun to watch them chase the wave as it recedes and then run back as the wave returns. They are tiny birds and their little legs go so fast you can't see them move when they run- it is just a blur. The Cove, a well known surfing spot in south Seaside. It is almost Sunset. A lone surfer with Seaside in the distance. Very pretty beach pictures mom! Hotchner Family...

Friday, December 17, 2010. Another year is over. Where did it go? Time is flying and we have so much yet to accomplish before our lives are over. I regret all the hours when I should have been studying the scriptures, doing family history and writing my own personal history. At least we have a Christmas letter that I have sent out for 45 of our 50 years of marriage. DeWayne has been diligently writing his personal history and has put 10 or more years of photos into albums! Our 50th Wedding Anniversary wa...

Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Here comes slowpoke with the Halloween photos- two weeks late. We got home from Portland after Tiffany and her kid's left, so I don't have them in their costumes, but you can see them on Michelle's blog. Barry brought home six pumpkins. Tiffany picked an elaborate design out of a Halloween pattern book. Racer is on her lap pretending to eat the piece of pumpkin that Tiffany cut out. Here he is acting up for the camera. Typical Racer. What is with the big eyes, Ryder. We went...

Thursday, May 7, 2009. It is fun to travel up and down the coast when the views are so beautiful. We were on our way to a dental appointment in Lincoln City. Chantrell is trying to see if this ball is edible. Brenna is wondering why Rider won't wake up. After determining that our neighbors are not home we went around their home to look at the little lake behind their house. Rider is enjoying the view. The babies love to go o a walk. Chantrell is in front and Brenna is behind. Chantrell is in green. Barry...

Sunday, January 25, 2009. Christmas Eve and Chantrell looking grouchy. Adam with his Santa Claus beard playing with Ryder and Racer. We enjoyed the Hickory Farms gift from Kay-Lynn and family. Race cars from Grandma Bowman. Why is this underlining again? Shelly holding Chantrell and Brenna in their cute Christmas pjs. I told them that they had to sit there and wait for me to take a picture of them. They were acting wild and were in time out. Barry is helping Chantrell with her new walker. She is dressed ...
