Education and Clinical Background. Payment is collected at the end of the meeting. Cash, check or credit card is accepted. I am considered an out-of-network provider for most PPO insurance plans. In such cases, I will gladly file an insurance form for you. Since insurance payments are sent directly to you, I ask that you pay me for the full fee at the end of each meeting. I am no longer a member of any HMO plans.
