Sunday, 25 March 2018. 曹观友、罗查里、章瑛、林峰成等人在玻璃主山推介森林浴。 威省市政局选出6大“森林浴”地点，市民不妨到来探索自然、绿意和呼吸新鲜空气，暂别城市喧嚣。 这6个地点是在威中柔府山、玻璃主山、直落卓坤山、威北双溪赖阿依淡森林教育园、威南武吉班卓森林公园及阿曼岛。 该局今早在玻璃主山举办“森林浴”活动，市局主席拿督罗查里说，森林浴在我国尚算新鲜，但早在1980年代，日本就已有森林浴，研究显示，森林浴或在森林里呼吸新鲜空气，有助促进身心健康、提升免疫力、减压、降低血压、加速康复、改善睡眠品质等。 他说，为提倡森林浴，该局在2018至2022年策略蓝图拟定了这个项目，去年9月在柔府山举办森林浴，今天轮到玻璃主山，之后会在今年内到其余4个地点举办森林浴，他鼓励市民携带家人造访，来一趟生态治疗，改善身心健康和促进亲子关系，且无需花费金钱。 槟州地方政府委员会主席曹观友说，威省拥有富饶的森林，每年有上百种鸟类在此避寒，可发展生态旅游。 Tuesday, 6 March 2018.
