During the past week I enjoyed a whirlwind trip from Silverton to Boulder to Centennial (where Maggie, Travis and Finn live) to the Vail Valley to the Rifle Gap and Falls to Grand Junction to Delta (where I purchased apples to can pie filling- -come see me! To Montrose to Silverton! Fall colors were abundant followed by the first snow. I had such fun taking pictures so.

Thursday, September 8, 2011. 2 mangos, peeled and diced into small cubes. 2 large tomatoes, diced in similar-sized cubes as mangos. 1/2 red onion, chopped finely. 1 habanero pepper, chopped finely. 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro. Juice from 1 lime. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and eat. Common mediums for consumption are tortilla chips, a spoon or your hand.
