I found this recipe from my church's cookbook - it's called Taco Soup. I've made it a couple times and it is AMAZZZING. i thought i'd share the recipe because it's totally easy, it just has a ton. 1 (16oz) bag of mexican shredded cheese (i use the habanero kroger brand kind). 15 lbs ground beef. It's yum and quick!

Monday, January 11, 2010. Today was an adventure to say the least! I have a wonderful friend who has actually potty trained each and every one of her four children at 18 months of age. in ONE DAY! I was amazed, and she was encouraging me to try her method with Tessa. Soooo. I finally read her book on Saturday, and decided to give potty training a whirl today. I am so proud! The following pictures are orangy because my bathroom is painted VERY orange. but doesn't she make potty training look super fun?

Wednesday, February 10, 2010. So, it's my last week off on maternity leave (boo hoo! And Tess and I have had a pretty good morning so far. She still isn't telling me (most of the time) when she has to potty, but she has gone all 3 times I took her to the potty today. I'm so proud at how far she's come already!
