Saturday, July 17, 2010. On Sunday Phil and I went to Glenwood Springs Colorado. Its about a 1.5 to 2 hour drive from Meeker. It is a must place to stop when you come to Colorado! The hot springs pool facing east above. The old bath house is now a spa. I did not drink the water. Very neat! The historic Hotel Colorado. Built in 1893. Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Just a quick post in case anyone is still watching. I will try to spend some time posting something interesting. We are healthy and well- working hard and enjoying it. We are looking forward to seeing Erika and Jason this Thanksgiving. No Christmas holiday plans yet. Bonita and Freida say "Hello". Spicy Chicken with Broccoli Recipe. 2-3 boneless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds). 1/4 tsp white pepper. 1 hot chili or 1 tsp crushed red pepper. 3 tbls vegetable oil. 2 tbls brown bean sauce (black bean sauce works too). 3 tsp chopped garlic. 2 tsp chopped ginger root. 1/4 cup chicken broth. But still a little crunchy and some of the sauce absorbs into them.

We are leaving Canada. We have sold our house and most of our stuff and are preparing to move to the land down under. We are moving to Wagga Wagga Australia on November 3rd. Wade will be pursing his PhD in Information Sciences and Phil will be his sugar daddy. We are planning to have a going away party on Saturday, October 18th, and we’d love for you to be there.
