I almost skipped photographing a car because I did not understand the license plate. A plate with LCF YNWA means what? Or was it LCF NYWA? If a plate means nothing to you, its like the spotless one you see here. That plate was a puzzle, and Im pretty good figuring out a plate when I see it. Not so good figuring one out .
