宇都宮大学 工学研究科 電気電子システム工学専攻 東口研究室. 本研究室では,レーザー,極端紫外 (EUV),X線光源,X線顕微鏡,テラヘルツ光学などについて研究しています これらの光源は,CPUやメモリーの高密度化に必要となる次世代半導体リソグラフィー露光用EUV光源の高効率化に関する研究や,水の窓 (Water Window) 軟X線光源とその顕微鏡に関するものです この光源の駆動用中赤外レーザーの開発やファイバーレーザーの開発も行っており,学生さんはレーザー発振器,増幅器を手作りしています. 本成果は,3月24日午前10時 英国時間 英科学誌の Scientific Reportsオンライン版.
