The Pan and Jerm Show: June 2007
http://panandjerm.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html
The Pan and Jerm Show. Thursday, June 28, 2007. Jerm and Pan Do the Nelson-Atkins. Pan has a week off from doing her medical rotations, so we decided to get out and about in Kansas City. Since we live only about 10 minutes from the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum. Here in Kansas City and neither of us had visited in years, we figured this was as good a place to visit as any. The Nelson also just recently opened the Bloch building. Addition, so it was nice to see the new digs for the art. Wednesday, June 27, 2007.

The Pan and Jerm Show: July 2007
http://panandjerm.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
The Pan and Jerm Show. Monday, July 30, 2007. Happy Anniversary to Us. Posted by Jeremy @ 2:09 PM. Friday, July 20, 2007. I'm still recovering from a pork hangover (note: it made A LOT of sandwiches) from the pork loin I smoked. And I continue to await the arrival of the glorious Bacon Salt. But with an assist from our friends April and Jason. We fried up some corn dogs. We used all-beef Hebrew National. As you can see, the control had issues with sticking to the dog and not making a very thick coating.

The Pan and Jerm Show: September 2007
http://panandjerm.blogspot.com/2007_09_01_archive.html
The Pan and Jerm Show. Friday, September 28, 2007. Yeah, it's a lot of meat. I bought a 10-pound brisket the other day and decided to try my hand at smoking brisket, which is allegedly pretty difficult to master, because of the temperamental nature of beef. This is right before I threw it on the smoker. This is how I was able to do the whole thing at once; cut it in two and put it on two different grates inside the smoker. This is one half (the leaner half) of the meat, post-smoker. Close-up of the fatty.
