I managed a pretty spectacular crash on my poor old Green Peugot bicycle last week. Old' being the operative term as it's age and dilapidated condition led to my circus-like flight off bike and onto pavement ;) Take a look at the photo album for more specifics (click on the sphinx! Thankfully, I'm well on the way to recovery now, but owe a huge debt to them Bell cycle-helmet folk.
