A photograph starts out as a documentary of what the camera sees; it is the art of the photographer to interpret a scene to tell a story. In my photographs I like to make use of natural light and imbue a sense of action and artistry to the image while capturing people and scenes in their natural context. My interests are particularly: landscapes; garden and nature; places and things and people in natural settings. I like to get up-close and give the picture a sense of intimacy.
