Das Ferienhaus befindet sich an der Autostrasse No. 200 ca.130 km nördlich von Acapulco und ca. 80km südlich von Zihuatanejo / Ixtapa inmitten einer Palmenplantage mit eigenen Palmen und eigenen Eingang zum Strand. Der Feriengast kann sich vom Verwalter der Ferienanlage frische Kokusnüsse von den bis zu 15m hohen Palmen holen lassen um dann anschließend das “BARCADI-Feeling“ zu erleben.

Acapulco, Zihuatanejo und Ixtapa. Auf den Spuren der Mayas ( prähistorische Ruinen etc.). Hat man dann von diesem einsamen Paradies genug und möchte etwas anders erleben, dann stehen Fahrten nach Acapulco, der pulsierenden Millonenstadt an.

Die Temperaturen liegen ganzjährig bei min 18°C ( nachts ) bis max. 35°C (tagsüber) wobei immer eine frische Brise vom Meer weht. Da das Haus ca. 100 m direkt vor dem Strand liegt, ist es immer sehr angenehm.
