The State of Zenn: November 2011
http://thestateofzenn.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
The State of Zenn. Mike, Becky, Joshua, Matthew, Noah and Isaac. Thursday, November 17, 2011. The world according to the little guy. I started downstairs toward the TV telling Isaac that I was going to veg for a little while and he replied with."You can't just sit in front of the TV all the time, you will get really fat! I'll take that as a compliment and pretend he was saying that I am not already fat! Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Isaac also started tennis lessons yesterday and had a lot of fun with that.

The State of Zenn: July 2011
http://thestateofzenn.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
The State of Zenn. Mike, Becky, Joshua, Matthew, Noah and Isaac. Saturday, July 23, 2011. I probably shared this story before but I'm needing to write it again today.it's theraputic.and beware.very girly personal. I'm just remembering today all of the blessings that have been ours. 4 years ago, I carried our 4th child in my now saggy, stretched out belly anxious about the outcome of surgery that was soon to begin. I'm so grateful for my children and the trust Heavenly Father has in me. My sister Emily an...

The State of Zenn: 1 year
http://thestateofzenn.blogspot.com/2012/03/1-year.html
The State of Zenn. Mike, Becky, Joshua, Matthew, Noah and Isaac. Monday, March 19, 2012. The hardest part about blogging is coming up with the title. If I could, all my titles would say "Truly Blessed". We have just crossed the 1 year mark since our move. I can honestly say that it has been a fantastic year. Definately not easy, but in the end, fantastic. We feel at home here and have made good friends. The kids are generally healthy and doing so well! Things have been calm and stable. Hopefully our post...

Thorpe Thoughts: Gingerbread House Creation Contest
http://thorpethoughts.blogspot.com/2011/02/gingerbread-house-creation-contest.html
Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Gingerbread House Creation Contest. We did gingerbread houses with all the kids at Christmas this year. It was so fun. Everybody did such a great job. I try not to take over stuff my kids are doing. But it is just so hard. My over-achieving Sister In Law. She is doing the Mesa Temple. Here is Aunt K with her "Great and Spacious Building". I was pretty impressed with her structure. Mom made awards from everybody. We got the "Most Dreamlike Award.". That looks really fun.

The State of Zenn: March 2011
http://thestateofzenn.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
The State of Zenn. Mike, Becky, Joshua, Matthew, Noah and Isaac. Wednesday, March 30, 2011. St Louis Gateway Arch. We stopped and played at the St. Louis Gateway Arch on our way to Georgia. This is the United States tallest national monument and can sway as much as 18" on a windy day. It was a lot more than we expected. At first, it didn't look like much. The next morning, we walked to the arch. And actually went up into it. They have a whole museum there that is free. Monday, March 28, 2011. Middle scho...

Thorpe Thoughts: June 2010
http://thorpethoughts.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 25, 2010. The girls playing with the sidewalk chalk before the party. The Birthday Girl with chalk on her face and her cake. She didn't want to blow out the candles or hardly even eat it, which is really really weird. She usually will devour cake but I guess she wasn't in the mood. Yeah, for presents. Daddy making fun of uncoordinated fingers. I sure do love this girl. Wednesday, June 23, 2010. We both just FORGOT. But, I am still happy I married this guy. I love him. Our absolute favorite w...

Monday, May 10, 2010. The Princess, the Gorilla, and Two Monkeys. Once there was a princess. She was the prettiest, silliest, and happiest princess in the whole universe. One day she met a beautiful gorilla. He loved the princess and they became best friends. They got married and had two beautiful monkey children. They were best friends and loved to be with each other. Sometimes the monkeys and the gorillas would turn into monsters and scare the princess. And they lived happily ever after. We ended up go...

Thorpe Thoughts: September 2009
http://thorpethoughts.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 19, 2009. Here we are at the rodeo. It was a blast. The kids riding the sheep were out of control. This little tike roping the goat couldn't be any cuter in his chaps and hat. Bug and Meg riding the calves. They did such an excellent job. We were all proud. Too bad the picture of Meg falling didn't quite come out but you can tell it was a rough. I think that my camera doesn't do well with lower light. Brookierella caught one. She was so jazzed. She said that it wasn't even hard. My tw...
