Original State of the House, March 2013. The photos on this page were taken two days before you moved in, and show the state of the house at that time:. Carpets were clean and fresh. There were three stains the size of a coin in the main bedroom near the bed, but nowhere else. Rugs were clean and fresh. All window and window frames were clean and in good state of repair. Bathroom had been freshly grouted, the bath and shower guard clean and shining. Microwave was clean and shiny. Oven was newly cleaned.
