Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Okay, I feel less overwhelmed than I did the other day, but it's still there. I do feel like I'm slipping, but I'm aware of this and I'm doing things to counteract these feelings. I'm calling people. I'm making plans to go out with friends. I'm using the new tools I've learned over the past few months to reinforce my sense of self and value. I just need to keep getting it. I cannot let go. I cannot give up. I cannot yield to despair.
