I’m writing this as a general think through brought about by this article in the Washington Post, brough to my attention by Nora Jemisin. My son has been suspended five times. He’s 3. One would almost think that kids shouldn’t be in day-care or pre-school situations when they are 3 years old. However, this is often necessary for working parents, and some states/cities require kids be in school at age 5. From → Opinion. Question...
