Sunday, August 31, 2014. Puff is a chamaecyparis. Boulevard." This first pic is what she looked like in January of 2013. In May of that year, I decided it was time to repot her and clean her up some. First, I washed as much dirt as possible from the root ball, exposing some roots that I hope will gain interest as time goes by. Then I cut the root ball in half. Had a spare hypertufa planter hanging around, so that became Puff's new home. Here she is freshly repotted with all the dead stuff pruned out.
