A copy of Frankel's letter can be found on SaveCitrusMemorial.com, see for yourself what she thinks of the hospital she supposedly was appointed to protect. Dr Rao was appointed by Charlie Dean, who was well compensated during his last election by the Wellcare Alliance, and other members of the current Board of Trustees and that cannot be a coincidence. Grant receives an average of 30,000 dollars a month in fees. Break that down a little for yourselves.

My Dad told me, when I was very young, that he could always tell if I was lying because I couldn't keep my story straight. If you apply that principle to the Citrus County Hospital Board of Trustees and their paid lackeys, the lie meter jumps off of the chart. But the biggest lie is the one they spend most of their time on, the Charity issue with Citrus Memorial and the way they have used their lies to keep your taxes.
