Sawmill in Big River, Saskatchewan. Ranch sizes 2x6x16 and 2x8x16 corral boards and 1 inch wind fence boards for shelters and portable wind shelters. Second cut slabs and bull rails also available. We also saw dimensional sizes and custom sizes for general construction. Used in timber frame construction, or general use such as bridges, pole sheds, oil field contracting and mining. Timber sizes from 4x4 to as large as 12x12 or greater, and up to twenty feet in length. V-joint tongue and groove.

Sawmill in Big River, Saskatchewan. Christiansen Lumber is a sawmill, planer/moulder, and firewood processing operation. It was established in 1999, and is located 4km northeast of Big River, Saskatchewan on the edge of the Saskatchewan provincial forest. Most of our rough sawn products are white spruce, but we also saw jack pine, trembling aspen (poplar), birch, and tamarack, which usually end up in our value added finishing products, or firewood. Our market includes both retail and wholesale customers.
