On Sunday, August 9, 2009. I kept staring at my shoes, my name ringing in my ears as I studied the rounded toes of my sensible heels. I needed to do this. I needed to look up, acknowledge the woman standing in front of the archway, stand up and follow her into the room that was meant to be comforting. But it wouldn't be comforting.
