A wish is a desire without an attempt. The Spark that Ignited my Health and Wellness Journey. Where is my energy? June 2, 2013. I was expecting to hit a weight loss plateau but not this quickly. I have seriously not lost one ounce since May 17. Every day I get on the scale and it is the exact same weight as the day before, and I smile (okay, first I swear! I smile because I feel so much healthier eating low carb. More energy, less bloat. And cheeseburgers definitely weren’t working! Where is my energy?

A wish is a desire without an attempt. Healing Progress →. Where is my energy? June 12, 2013. I’m tired. I am taking Reflexology classes every weekend day for 8 hours a day in June. The weekend was long and exhausting, but fun and I learned a lot. I still have no idea where these classes are taking me, that is, 3 levels of Reiki, Qigong and now Reflexology. I am just going where I feel compelled to go. I can’t afford to gain 3 pounds for 3 weekends! Tomorrow is Qigong class and I am looking forward to it...
