A really interesting clip on TED Talks by Suzanne Lee about the use of bacterial cellulose to potentially “grow” material that can be used like fabric or leather. Suzanne Lee is the director of the BioCouture project and a Senior Research Fellow at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London. More about the project here. TED Talk Links here.
