One of the first things President Obama wants to do is meet with you individually to learn about what your biggest concerns are for our nation and world. Why are these the most critical issues?

Angie Arends: Into The Wild
http://angelacarendss.blogspot.com/2008/11/into-wild.html
Friday, November 14, 2008. As a selfish act. I also find the author's writing style boring. I feel like it's just information being thrown at me instead of the story having a real connection to me. I would describe. Chris as naive. He didn't appreciate what his parents did for him and threw it all away because he thought he knew everything. The author is trying to convey that too many people conform. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Singing Away Worries: Sherwood Ave.
http://iflylikepaperplanes.blogspot.com/2008/09/sherwood-ave.html
Thursday, September 18, 2008. So as I drive away with my parents I try to hold onto every brick, window, and plant that aligned. My once called home, because I knew from there I would never look at my house the same way as I do now. Which was true. I never have gone back to my house and actually admired every brick or tree that surrounded my yard. After two years I still can't decipher that I'm not living there anymore and that chapter in my life is over. I do love my new bloomington. I agree with everyt...

Singing Away Worries: Sing for Sanity
http://iflylikepaperplanes.blogspot.com/2008/09/sing-for-sanity.html
Wednesday, September 10, 2008. The next day I open my notebook and read what I wrote and I just think to myself, god your paranoid! But that day I can start picking out little sayings that I loved and put them in songs. I can then sing them over and over again and always feel the same way that I did when I wrote them. I Went Walking With A Butterfly At My Heel
http://hilfoxy1212.blogspot.com/2008/11/1.html
I Went Walking With A Butterfly At My Heel. Friday, November 14, 2008. 1 I enjoy this book so far. At first the writing style felt a little dry, but I'm beginning to like how the author includes all the quotes and passages to help piece together Chris' adventure. Especially how Krakauer introduces a new chapter or event with factual information not relating to Chris that connects somehow to him further on. It is remarkable that Krakauer wrote this for him. 5I agree so much with the Chris on his view of t...
