Monday, March 30, 2009. I put him on the floor yesterday to have a little tummy-time. (I read somewhere that this is important so that they can build neck strength - which makes me wonder: have I ever heard of a child growing up with a weak neck due to not getting enough tummy-time? Anyways, there he is, doing his tummy-time thing, and all of a sudden he's snoozin'. Too cute. I'm so used to seeing him sleep on his back that this was extra precious to me. Tuesday, March 24, 2009. Saturday, September 12, 2009. Brady and I celebrated our five-year wedding anniversary last week. FIVE YEARS! Holy crap, where did that time go? To honor it, we passed the kids off on my in-laws (thank you! We had a blast together, totally reconnected and made some great new memories that don't involve babies and toddlers. So, I have tons of pictures to share, but I'll start with a short story. From OKC to Broken Bow, we decided to take the Talimena Scenic Drive. Ah, much better :) Now, that's love.

Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Wanted to share a couple of the great handmade gifts that Lilah got for Christmas:. This is from her Aunt Micah - and she loves to wear it. Next to Mickey Mouse, ducks are her favorite animal. She loves to stand at the back windows of our house and quack at the ducks she sees there. And this soft little bunny was made by Lilah's Great-great Aunt Nonie. Very sweet. Lilah snuggles with it at night. I'm sorta jealous and want an adult size one to snuggle with too ;). And, last b...

Wednesday, February 18, 2009. The sweetest Valentine ever. Valentines was very special for us this year - romantic in a very different way! We spent the day together as a family (except for the second half of the KSU/KU game - Brady had to get out of the house for that). Like I've done for the past few years, I made heart-shaped pancakes (and eggs) for Brady and Lilah. Friday, February 13, 2009. Our little guy is here! Born February 11 (my Grandma's birthday). 8lbs 7 oz., 21" long. My art for sale!

Monday, July 28, 2008. Getting my priorities straight. Well, I'll start with my latest big news: I have cut back my hours at the agency to part time. AND, one little switcheroo of days in and out of the office, and I've got a four-day-weekend. I ALWAYS miss the smile! But not this time :). Trever and Brady had to show the boys how i...
