I have just travelled to Angkor Wat during Hari Haji Holiday. Again, I was travelling by Airasia. It is cheap and convenient. We went there 4d3n, 7 person renting a van travel along the journey. Friday, December 19, 2008. Jogja Visit Indonesia 2008. I love Jogja (Yogyakarta) as much as Bangkok. It is a big city with many famous historical sites :) From the plane we can see Mt Merapi, it is so tall and beautiful. Prambanan and Borobudur are the must visit places in Jogja. I would also recommend you to visit Candi Plaosan, it is beautiful as well. Some other interesting places are Queen Boko, water castle, candi sewu and etc. I am the Traveller. Friday, December 19, 2008. If you are going to Bangkok, you must visit Grand Palace. It is so beatiful :). If you want to buy some sourvenirs or shopping, Chatuchak Market is the best choice. It is opened every weekend and you can get everything here at cheaper price :). You even can get some junk food and nice shirt for your dog from this market. I love Bangkok because of its interesting places and also the food. You should try the local food selling at the roadside stall, cheap and delicious :).

Friday, December 19, 2008. Medan Lake Toba and Brastagi Trip. It is so convenient to take Airasia plane from Penang directly to Medan. Now Fireflyz also provides the same route. Brastagi is nothing much interesting; i was there only to view valcanoes from Gundaling Hill. Lake Toba is a volcanic lake with an island located inside the lake, it is larger than Singapore. The mountain there isnt high but steep while the lake is quiet. There are some historical sites at the island, quite nice :).
