Keeping In Touch With Nature. January 26, 2014. Snow can help or harm the garden. You might think that snow has nothing to do with gardening that once a white blanket drops over the landscape, all garden activity and thoughts of gardening cease. Lake City Farm: February 2013
http://lakecityfarm.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 28, 2013. Tis the season for starting seeds . . . The days are getting longer and while we still seem to be getting steady doses of winter (cold temps and snow) there is a definite hint of spring in the air. Of course, that means seed starting.
