Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Our First Family Day! One year ago today, Leah and Sarah were placed in our arms in a conference room in our hotel in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province in China. That morning was a blur. I just remember waking up all nervous. We were about to become parents and not to one child, but twins! What would it be like? Today we marked the occasion with chocolate cupcakes that they helped me make along with purple icing (their color choice). They LOVED licking the icing off the cupcakes!

Friday, August 10, 2012. It's hard to believe that it has only been 10 months since we saw their beautiful faces for the very first time, but it has been. It seems like they've been a part of our lives forever. It's hard to even imagine life before they became part of our wonderful family. These girls light up a room and you can't not fall in love with them, even when they are being "nawny" (naughty). They love to go to the park, take walks (with purses in hand! Go to the mall, Costco (for crackers!

http://onemoredaytoforever.blogspot.com/2012/07/our-little-firecrackers.html
Wednesday, July 4, 2012. The girls have now celebrated their first 4th of July. The cute hair bows only lasted about 1 minute in their hair, but don't they look adorable in them! Every day new vocabulary pops up and the past few days they've now been saying "nawnie" (naughty! Yes, they can be that at times! One will point to the other sister when she's doing something she isn't supposed to and will tattle on the other. Gotta laugh! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Our Trip to Alaska.
