Monday, January 7, 2013. Sick Day * Updated. And this is exactly why we thought starting them is Daycare a bit early was a good idea. So that we could easily deal with the inevitable sick days. I am thankful I didn't have go to work today after the terrible night we all had. Or the stress that comes with deciding which one of stays home.what meetings do we have today? All that stuff. It's never fun calling in sick after you've been off for a year. Nowthe waiting game. What will tonight bring?

Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Day One: A Timeline, Part #1. 5:30am: Kyle wakes up crying. WAAAY to early. Falls back asleep suddenly for no apparent reason. 7:00am: Amanda and Warren wake up to the radio alarm. 7:15am: Kyle wakes up for real. 7:30am: Rhys runs out of his room with a HUGE grin on his face "Mommy, I go to my new school today! I get to see Miya! I sleep on the floor! 8:00am: Warren takes Rhys to school, Amanda takes Kyle to daycare. Both drop-offs go really well. 10:20am: Write this update.

Monday, April 25, 2011. Easter Monday at the Zoo. Easter Monday, a day off work, beautifully warm and sunny, 4 kids, Oma, and Mommy and Daddy, all a perfect combo for.a ZOO day! As always the kids had a blast with their cousins and enjoyed time with Oma and all the zoo animals. A "peek" at the monkeys! Checking out the new baby giraffe with Oma.the girl's mutual favorite! Monday, February 21, 2011. Sienna's first time skating! She did not too bad.was able to walk a few steps on her skates and glide on them holding onto us. Brody had fun too testing the skills he learned in his skating classes last year. Still lots of falling on bums.but all in all a good time! Our family day skate was a thumbs up success!
