Tuesday, June 16, 2009. VMWare patch for Fedora 11. Here are the steps I did to patch VMWare 6.5.1 after upgrading to Fedora 11. This should be similar for other distros (like Ubuntu 9.06) that have kernel version 2.6.29. 1) Cleanup the yum environment.
