Green Bay Vegan: Cats...I know right?
http://greenbayvegan.blogspot.com/2009/03/catsi-know-right.html
Sunday, March 29, 2009. A lot of the reason that a cat may not use the litter box is completely preventable. Most cat behavior problems are fixable if not preventable. A lot of people declaw cats as an order of convenience. In fact, I have heard people ask "Why does this cat still have it's claws? As if after a certain age, the claws just fall off. (I will admit that I ask why dogs aren't spayed or neutered if I notice). Love your cats please. March 29, 2009 at 7:31 PM. You know a heck of a lot more in t...

Old Fashion Aerosol Cheese: Mmm... curry.
http://aerosolcheese.blogspot.com/2007/08/mmm-curry.html
Old Fashion Aerosol Cheese. Semi-abandoned food blog. Maybe I'll pick it back up again some day. Sunday, August 19, 2007. Here's my 2nd favorite dog (sorry Pogo, my parents' dog holds the #1 spot) begging for curry we made while keeping her company last weekend. It's just a quick combo of chickpeas, zuchinni, fresh tomatoes from my patio, onion, garlic, and cilantro on brown rice. Today I'll be up to Green Bay and checking out the Kavarna Vegetarian Coffeehouse. Mentioned by Green Bay Vegan. Let me know ...

Green Bay Vegan: Risotto
http://greenbayvegan.blogspot.com/2009/04/risotto.html
Wednesday, April 8, 2009. Risotto is my new dream food. I made a very easy version, combining a couple of recipes. It was a very basic garlic, mushroom, and onion risotto. What I liked about the risotto was, for lack of a classier term, the creaminess. It was the best comfort food I have ever had. It reminds me a little of a hash brown. Casserole that I used to love before I was vegan. I would have taken a picture of it, but I ate it all. Risotto. Do it. Now. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

My ramblings about vegan knitting, living in Montreal and other wonderful things. About Knits By Nat. Saturday, July 13, 2013. Hot Weather Supper - Greek Salad. It's been hot and humid this week which means I want simple meals especially for supper. I don't feel like slaving over a hot stove at all. I get home late from work and even weekends are lazy times. For supper today I made a great Greek salad with a wonderful tofu we can buy here from Unisoya. Unisoya tofu Greek Style. Tuesday, July 9, 2013.

Green Bay Vegan: December 2008
http://greenbayvegan.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 21, 2008. Okay, for some odd reason, the past couple of days, this has really been fucking with me. (I think I used far to many commas there, Alabaster Mom? I know that I have discussed the dichotomy of how we treat animals in this country. How I don't understand how people are able to love one animal and eat another. I touched on it in here. And I apologize in advance for calling it schizophrenia. I was not trying to be offensive). Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? I know most of you are pr...

Green Bay Vegan: Another Questionable Commercial
http://greenbayvegan.blogspot.com/2009/03/another-questionable-commercial.html
Wednesday, March 25, 2009. I have been off work the past couple of days. This means that I have been watching entirely too much tv. Which means that I am seeing a lot of commercials. The one that is currently driving me insane is for a product called FurReal. I must warn you when you access this, it's scary. Here's what disturbs me. Hasbro has the Farm Animal Line. I do have to say that I am thrilled that there isn't a cow or a chicken, but a pig? I was making a point. Oh yeah, I hope that toys like ...

Old Fashion Aerosol Cheese: Kavarna Vegetarian Coffeehouse
http://aerosolcheese.blogspot.com/2007/08/kavarna-vegetarian-coffeehouse.html
Old Fashion Aerosol Cheese. Semi-abandoned food blog. Maybe I'll pick it back up again some day. Wednesday, August 22, 2007. That's my delicious lunch last Sunday at Kavarna. In Green Bay, WI. I had the Mediterranean Burrito described by their menu as "a toasted pita with Kavarna's homemade hummus, baba ghanouge, and marinated roma tomatoes" with "fresh cucumbers, onions, and organic sunflower sprouts". My beverage of choice on an unseasonably cold and rainy August day? I enjoy reading it! Hello Just fou...

Green Bay Vegan: Broken Vegan Record
http://greenbayvegan.blogspot.com/2009/04/broken-vegan-record.html
Friday, April 3, 2009. I can't even believe I am going to type this but fish don't grow on trees. Green Bay has a very large Catholic population. It's lent. So there are people that give up things for the period of lent and of course, don't eat meat on Fridays. Again, I am not sure where we have gone wrong. Last I heard fish still have brains, nervous systems, and a blood stream. I am pretty sure that those describe and animal and not a vegetable. I found a couple of different answers at this website.
