http://portraitsoffaith2.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Portraits of Faith 2. Wednesday, November 28, 2012. We're moving again. No we're not moving somewhere. We're moving our blog address. We have exceeded our 1 GB space limit for our pictures and we didn't want to pay money for 25 GB - even if it is only 2.99 per month. So, we started a new blog with a title that is not hard to forget: Portraits of Faith 3. Posted by Rich and Cher. Monday, November 26, 2012. Portraits of Faith 2: January 2012
http://portraitsoffaith2.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Portraits of Faith 2. Thursday, January 26, 2012. Happy Birthday, Sweetheart! And along came Yvetta. 10lbs, 2ozs of cuteness :) She filled our lives with so much joy! Suddenly there were chubby cheeks to kiss, smiles to induce, big eyes to stare into, baby smell to breath in, a cozy body to snuggle with. Comfort of her blankie (rag.). She surprises us with a vocabulary sprinkled with big words, used through the lens of her young life and limited experience. Posted by Rich and Cher. From the beginning, he...

Portraits of Faith 2: June 2012
http://portraitsoffaith2.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Portraits of Faith 2. Friday, June 29, 2012. Schriemers - not just greenhouses! Just a few glimpses from Schriemers - our oldest son, Luke's, place of employment. He started working there in May and has worked steady through this month as well. He got the job at the same time as 2 friends and it's been great to have them all working there together! Now to mention what I'd consider a very smart move. They added a soft serve icecream counter! It's also just a fun place to visit. The artsy section has v...

Portraits of Faith 2: I'm Proud of our Youth :)
http://portraitsoffaith2.blogspot.com/2012/11/im-proud-of-our-youth.html
Portraits of Faith 2. Tuesday, November 13, 2012. I'm Proud of our Youth :). My name was on the list on Sunday to visit the nursing home for our church's bi-monthly afternoon service. One Sunday a month this service is done by adults, couples and families from the church. The service consists of a welcome, singing, message, more singing and a farewell. The other Sunday service every month is done by our youth. Let them know that you're behind them - even that you'll stand beside them! So many of today's ...

Friday, January 22, 2010. Winter Wonderland of Hoarfrost. I recently had the opportunity to preach in Forreston RCA, Illinois. Great was my surprise to see a beautiful hoarfrost! Unfortunately, I missed what would have been the most beautiful picture of all (the town church where we were with the surrounding trees), but here you can some that I took on my drive back to Indiana. Matt's Blog: Samuel de Champlain Fish Roll
http://ablogofsomeonewhoneverwantedablog.blogspot.com/2009/08/samuel-de-champlain-fish-roll.html
Thursday, August 27, 2009. Samuel de Champlain Fish Roll. We just got back from Samuel de Champlain Provincial Park this past Tuesday. We had a great time. Curt, Jen, Phillip, and Ruth came up for one of the weekends, and we really enjoyed our time together. There is some great snorkeling and rapids-on-an-air-mattress at the park. And of course for any camping trip, there is the small question of fishing. It was incredible! First of all, I caught a 3.8 lb large-mouth bass. This fish actually broke the li...

Sunday, January 4, 2009. Pond Hockey (or rather. Pond Shovelling). Over the Christmas break, I visited Uncle Curt and Aunt Jane's house. I went there right before that one big storm (when we got over 1 foot of snow). We decided to play some pond hockey, but by the time we got the whole pond shovelled, we were just about too tired to play! Here's a picture Derek took. As you can see it was quite blizzardly!
