The good stuff. Food! Sunday, June 30, 2013. It's Not always a day to run. I decided there was Zero time this morning to run even thought I probably could have been up before light and gotten in 4 miles. sleep was more important then working out. I have noticed I feel a lot better when I get more rest. Today started off early again to watch soccer in Lakeland.we got to the game extra early so we had a chance to kick goals before the teams showed up. Saturday, June 29, 2013. The good stuff. Food! Thursday, January 31, 2013. I had yet another test today in my Anatomy class. I counted 13 more to go! Only 3 done. This weeks test was on skin. all about skin, oil, glands, layers, functions, cells. you name it. we covered it. For all my week long memorizing efforts. it was 20 questions and we had 16 minutes to take it. I was done after 8 minutes but had a? The good stuff. Food! Tuesday, December 31, 2013. In all 2013 was a good year. All years have some rough spots.lows and highs. I can mostly say there were tons more highs then lows. I'm still working out and only missed 27 days total for the year. That is still and always will be a huge accomplishment. The good stuff. Food! Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Happy 2014. the right foot! Happy New Year 2014! I start a new blog every year. this year I might not be moving to a new blog page. I might just be stuck in 2013 forever as I can't seem to figure out how to sign out and re-create a new blog. runbuns14. So it might be awhile that we are stuck in last year. I started off my new year on the right foot. 1 I ran 5.5 miles. 2 Stretched and did a little meditation. like I do every morning. 3 Drink lots of water.
