We have four weeks living in the heart of the town over the Christmas and New Year. Saturday, 27 December 2008. Trabucchi on Christmas Eve. Today is a cold and gray one in Peschici so, apart from a forage for driftwood at the local beach, it's a day for hunkering down with a good book. It has so much standing and running rigging it's like being high up in an old square rigger.
